FULLY QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANTS
For members of other Professional Bodies (IFAC member bodies), attaining CTP, CPFA, CGPA qualification is straightforward: you will need to sit and pass the 2-day Strategic Final Examination unless an MRA/MOU has been signed with the PAO.

To apply under the MRA/MOU, the candidate must be a member of a PAO in good standing with over 5 years of relevant post qualification either in private or public sector work experience at senior managerial level.
GRADUATES
To be eligible for entry into the PQ program, all graduates must get at least a bachelor’s degree with 120 credits either in commerce, business administration, taxation or accountancy.
Complete the Professional Qualification Certification program and 36 months of practical experience requirements in relevant tax, accounting or public finance positions.
Those with a relevant tax, finance or accountancy related degree will be granted exemptions.
SENIOR PROFESSIONALS
Senior tax and accountancy professionals with over 10 years of post-qualification experience who do not currently hold a professional accountancy qualification can take advantage of the accelerated/exemption route to the Professional Qualification by passing 2-day Strategic Final Examination.
Exemptions are granted on paper-by-paper basis. An exemption will not be awarded if you have previously attempted an examination for a subject and have not been successful. Academic qualifications will not be considered if they were obtained more than 10 years ago.
